Privacy Policy.

This is a plain-English explanation of what personal information we collect at estudio.us, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. Last updated .

Policy effective date: This Privacy Policy was last updated on 2026-08-21. The effective date of this Privacy Policy is 2026-08-21. When we make material changes, we update this date and post a notice at the top of this page for 30 days.

Who we are

E Studio Personal Training is a private strength training studio located at 621 Humboldt Street, Santa Rosa, CA 95404. Phone (707) 542-8900. Email workout@estudio.us. We own and operate this website. When we say "we," "us," or "our" in this policy, we mean E Studio Personal Training.

What information we collect

We only collect what we actually need to do our job.

  • Information you give us directly when you fill out the free-trial form, the contact form, or email us: your name, email address, phone number, and anything else you type into a message field.
  • Basic technical information your browser sends automatically when you visit any website: your IP address, the type of device and browser you are using, the pages you visit on our site, and the site that referred you to ours. We use this in aggregate to understand which pages are useful and to catch obvious spam.
  • Analytics data collected by two tools:
    • Umami (self-hosted by our web team, not Google, not Facebook, cookie-free): aggregate page views, referrer, screen size, country. No personal identifiers.
    • Google Analytics 4: standard Google measurement including anonymized IP, device, and pages visited. Google Analytics sets cookies. You can opt out at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.

What we do with it

  • Reach out to schedule a free trial when you request one.
  • Answer your questions when you email or fill out the contact form.
  • Understand which pages of our site are helpful so we can improve them.
  • Prevent spam and abuse of our contact form.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with data brokers. We do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary information with three categories of service providers, each of which is bound by their own privacy policy:

  • Willhite Strategy Group, our website and SEO partner, which operates this site and its contact-form infrastructure on our behalf.
  • Resend, our email delivery service, which sends the automatic reply you receive after submitting a form.
  • Google (via Google Analytics 4), if you have not opted out of analytics cookies.

We do not share your information with anyone else, except when required by law.

Categories of personal information sold or shared

We have not sold or shared any category of personal information in the preceding twelve (12) months, and we do not intend to. Under the CCPA and CPRA, "sale" and "share" have specific meanings that include disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do neither. The categories of personal information we collect are listed above under "What information we collect." None of those categories has been sold or shared with any third party for advertising, marketing, or any other commercial purpose.

Categories of personal information disclosed for a business purpose

In the preceding 12 months, we have disclosed the following categories of personal information to our service providers listed above, solely to run this website and reply to the requests you send us: identifiers (name, email, phone), customer records (message content you submit), and internet activity (aggregate site analytics). No sensitive personal information is collected or disclosed.

How long we keep it

We keep contact-form submissions and free-trial requests for as long as we might reasonably need to follow up, typically two years, and then delete them. Aggregate analytics is retained for up to 26 months, which is Google's default and Umami's default.

Your rights under California law (CCPA and CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act give you the following rights:

  • The right to know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use it.
  • The right to delete personal information we have collected from you.
  • The right to correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
  • The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell or share your information, but if you want to opt out anyway, use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link.
  • The right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect sensitive personal information.
  • The right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. We will not charge you a different price, refuse service, or otherwise penalize you.

We honor Global Privacy Control signals sent by browsers. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out request automatically.

Methods to exercise your rights (how to submit a request)

You may submit a request to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, or limit the use of sensitive personal information using either of the two designated methods below. Both methods are monitored by the same person and will be answered within 45 days as required by law.

  • Email: workout@estudio.us with "CCPA Request" in the subject line.
  • Toll-free phone: Call (707) 542-8900 during business hours and state you are making a CCPA privacy-rights request. If we miss your call, leave a voicemail with your name, callback number, and the type of request; we will return the call within one business day.

Two additional dedicated web pages are also available to submit a request directly:

How we verify your identity

Before we act on a request to know, delete, or correct your personal information, we need to reasonably verify that you are the person the information belongs to. Our verification process depends on the type of request and the sensitivity of the information:

  • For a request to know categories of personal information, we ask you to confirm two data points that we already have on file (for example, the email address and phone number you originally submitted).
  • For a request to delete or correct, or a request to know specific pieces of personal information, we ask you to confirm three data points on file, including the exact contents of a message you submitted to us.
  • If you no longer have the original information you submitted, we may ask you to answer a security question or to reply from the email address on file, so that we do not accidentally disclose your information to someone else.

We will never charge you a fee to verify your request. If we cannot verify you, we will let you know and explain why.

Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent (for example, a family member, attorney, or privacy-rights service) to submit a CCPA or CPRA request on your behalf. If you use an authorized agent, we will ask the agent for two things:

  • A signed written permission from you, granting the agent the authority to act on your behalf for this specific request. A California Power of Attorney document also satisfies this requirement.
  • Direct verification from you that you have given the agent that permission, unless the agent already holds a Power of Attorney.

We will still verify your identity as described above before we act on the request.

Cookies

Two types of cookies may be set on this site:

  • Strictly necessary cookies, used only to remember your form submission and cookie preferences. Cannot be disabled without breaking site functionality.
  • Analytics cookies, set by Google Analytics 4 only if you accept in the cookie banner. Not set otherwise.

You can change your cookie preferences at any time by clicking "Cookie preferences" in the footer.

Children

Our website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of the page for 30 days.

How to reach us about privacy
