Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.

Last updated .

The short version

E Studio Personal Training does not sell your personal information to anyone. We also do not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. If you are a California resident, you have the right to opt out of both anyway, and this page is how you do it.

What "sell" and "share" mean here

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), "sell" and "share" have specific meanings that go beyond an exchange of money.

  • Sell = disclosing personal information to a third party in exchange for money or "other valuable consideration."
  • Share = disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, whether or not there is an exchange of value.

Under those definitions, we do not sell or share your personal information. But you still have the right to formalize an opt-out.

Opt out

Three ways to opt out. Pick whichever is easiest for you.

  1. Global Privacy Control (automatic). If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we honor it automatically as an opt-out. No action needed on your end. The following browsers support GPC natively or via extension: Firefox, Brave, DuckDuckGo, and any Chromium browser with the "Global Privacy Control" extension installed.
  2. Cookie preferences. Click "Cookie preferences" in the site footer, uncheck "Analytics," and save. Google Analytics 4 will stop tracking your visits immediately.
  3. Email us. Send an email to workout@estudio.us with "CCPA Opt-Out" in the subject line. Include the email address and phone number we may have on file for you. We will confirm within 15 days and complete within 45 days.

What happens after you opt out

  • Google Analytics 4 will not set cookies for you and will not receive data about your visits.
  • We will still be able to respond to your emails and form submissions.
  • We will still keep our privacy-first Umami analytics running, which does not use cookies and does not track individuals.
  • You can change your mind at any time by re-enabling analytics in the cookie preferences.

Other California rights

The CCPA and CPRA give you more than just the right to opt out. See the California Rights section of our Privacy Policy for details on the right to know, delete, and correct. Or email workout@estudio.us and we will walk you through it.
