We do one thing at E Studio. A weekly thirty-minute SuperSlow strength training session, one-on-one, with a dedicated trainer who watches every rep. There are no add-on packages, group classes, or contracts.

Nothing you don't.
Every weekly session is private, with a maximum of four people on the floor, in a temperature-controlled studio. Allowing you to get a safe, yet effective workout on a combination of Nautilus, Matrix and MedX strength machines. No loud music, no distracting mirrors, no waiting for equipment.
You will have the same trainer every week. They know your body, your goals, your previous achievements, and any injuries you're working around. Continuity is the entire point.
Your strength is tracked to the second using time under tension, on each machine, each week, so you can see that the progress line is going up.
