Nothing you don't.
Every session is private, with a maximum of four people on the floor, in a temperature-controlled studio. You work on a combination of Nautilus, Matrix and MedX strength machines. No loud music, no distracting mirrors, no waiting for equipment.
You have the same trainer every week. They know your body, your goals, your previous achievements, and any injuries you're working around. Your strength is tracked to the second using time under tension, on each machine, each week.
There are no add-on packages, no group classes, and no upsells. We do one thing here, and the price above is the price of doing it.

How much does personal training cost at E Studio?
Sessions are $50 each for a 30-minute one-on-one appointment, plus a $49 monthly facility fee. Training once a week, the typical all-in cost is about $249 per month.
Is there an initiation fee or a long-term contract?
No. There is no initiation fee and no long-term contract. Everything is month to month, and you can cancel at any time.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Everything is month to month with no contract, so you can cancel any time before your next billing date. Because the introductory session is free and sessions are billed as you train, there is nothing to refund — you simply stop when you choose.
What does the monthly facility fee cover?
It keeps the floor capped at four people at any given time, including staff. That is what pays for a private, temperature-controlled studio with no waiting for equipment and no unsupervised workouts.
Do I have to pay for the first session?
No. The introductory session is free. You will meet your trainer, go over your health history and goals, and perform three exercises. There is no obligation to book a second session.
Can I train more than once a week?
Most clients train once a week, which is what the method is built around. If you want a second weekly session, it is billed at the same $50 rate. Your trainer will tell you honestly whether you would benefit from it.
Are there packages, discounts, or add-ons?
No. There is one service at one price. We do not sell session bundles, group classes, or add-on packages.
