Our commitment

E Studio Personal Training is committed to making our website and our studio accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. Many of the adults we work with in the studio are managing joint sensitivities, low vision, hearing changes, or mobility limitations. Their needs shape how we build both our services and this website.

Standard we follow

This website is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. WCAG 2.1 is developed and published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and is the standard referenced by the U.S. Department of Justice for ADA Title III compliance.

What that means in practice

  • Every image on this site has descriptive alt text so screen reader users can hear what the image shows.
  • Text and background colors meet or exceed the 4.5:1 contrast ratio required for readable body text.
  • Every form field on our contact and free-trial forms is programmatically labeled so screen readers can announce it.
  • The site works with keyboard-only navigation for people who cannot use a mouse.
  • Focus outlines are visible on every interactive element.
  • Headings are in a logical order so screen readers can navigate section by section.
  • Structured data is present so voice assistants like Alexa and Siri can read our business information accurately.

Continuous monitoring

Our website partner runs automated accessibility scans on this site every week using the industry-standard axe-core engine. Any failure is filed as a task and fixed. The most recent audit scored 100/100 on the home page and no serious or critical WCAG 2.1 AA violations sitewide.

Automated tools cannot catch everything. We supplement with occasional manual review, keyboard-only walk-throughs, and screen reader testing.

Report a barrier

If you encounter a page, feature, or content on this website that is difficult or impossible for you to use, please tell us so we can fix it. We take these reports seriously and we respond quickly.

  • Email: workout@estudio.us with "Accessibility" in the subject line.
  • Phone: (707) 542-8900.
  • In person: 621 Humboldt Street, Santa Rosa, CA 95404. By appointment.

Please include the URL of the page where you encountered the barrier, a description of what happened, and if you are willing, what assistive technology you were using. We will confirm your report within two business days and give you a timeline for a fix.

In-studio accessibility

Our studio at 621 Humboldt Street is on a single ground-floor level with step-free entry. Restrooms are ADA compliant. Sessions are one-on-one so we can adjust pace, machines, and range of motion to your body. If you would like to visit the studio to see whether the space works for you before booking a trial, we welcome that. Call us to arrange a walk-through.

Formal accessibility compliance

This statement is provided in accordance with the ADA National Network's recommended template. If you need this statement in an alternative format (large print, braille, audio recording), email us and we will provide one within seven business days.
