Kaden’s compassion, patience, and desire to help people drew him into the personal training field. He quickly realized this effective 30 minute, once a week workout safely and efficiently improved people’s lives. Kaden’s calm and encouraging nature motivates his clients to reach their potential and achieve their goals. His attention to detail allows his clients to know they are well cared for on their journey toward a stronger and healthier quality of life.
KELLY CHAMBERLAIN
Kelly is passionate about helping clients live their best life by guiding them toward improved health and strength. Inspired by what a 30-minute workout can do, she believes in slow movement strength training while motivating her clients to safely and effectively meet their fitness goals. Her energy and enthusiasm shines as a personal trainer and as a mother of two. She loves working with people from the Sonoma County community where she grew up and is happy to call home. Kelly believes a healthy lifestyle is the key to success and is ready to help you achieve your best life.
STACY LEVERONI
Stacy has a deep desire to help her clients reach their fitness goals regardless of their experience or current level of fitness. She combines her knowledge of the body through her medical and massage career of over ten years. Adding personal training to her tool belt has been a great way to share her passion for health and wellness. She believes in slow-movement, high-intensity training to maximize strength building and increase bone density. Stacy has two young children and although family and career may be tough, she believes that finding time for yourself and your health is very important. Fitness is about so much more than exercise, it is a catalyst for positive change and it affects all aspects of life.
LAURA ROBINSON
Laura started personal training at E Studio when the doors opened in 2005. She understands the importance of staying strong yet injury free and her clients achieve this through slow-movement-high-intensity strength training. Laura will take into account your individual health history to safely achieve the results you are working toward. As a busy mother of two, she appreciates E Studio's effective, efficient and time saving workout.
KENDELL ANTOGNINI
Kendell combines her passion for health and wellness at E Studio where she guides and educates her clients through their journey toward greater wellness, energy and strength. Kendell specializes in empowering people to create and maintain a healthy lifestyle supported by good nutrition and safe, effective efficient exercise. Kendell joined E Studio as a personal trainer in May 2007 and is proud to be a part of the amazing team at E Studio.

Owner and personal trainer, Falcon Christopher helps people from all health and fitness levels improve their quality of life. Through strength training and nutrition he has promoted the latest in exercise science since 1992.
