E Studio Personal Training in Santa Rosa, CA, has helped hundreds of clients from all fitness levels get stronger and feel better in their bodies since 2005. We specialize in the Super Slow method, a safe and effective slow-movement, high-intensity strength training program proven to give you the greatest results in the least amount of time. We have been using this exercise method for over thirty years, well before we opened our doors and we're thrilled that many of our clients have been with us just as long.
At E Studio Personal Training, your weekly 30-minute workout will
be supervised by your personal trainer to ensure proper form,
intensity, and safety on your journey to greater health. The studio
environment is clean and private, allowing a maximum of four
people on the floor, including staff, at any given time. We take pride
in helping you achieve your fitness goals, feel better in your body,
while keeping you safe and healthy.
