New article claims that high intensity strength training performed once a week for 30 minutes will reduce your risk of heart attack by 23%. In addition, some foods that you may have considered ‘bad’ for the heart, such as, eggs, red meat and dairy, may actually be healthier than refined or processed carbohydrates such as, white flour breads, white rice and sugar.
